Was family's first dog, purchased from pet store (puppy mill dog) First time owners unaware of needs of the breed. No bite inhibition (no control of bite pressure) which makes bites the most dangerous. Was extremely reactive to being touched. Had human aggression, dog aggression, resource guarding, and food aggression. Requires muzzle when handling intimate areas (ears, paws, eyes). Has OBD (Obsessive Ball Disorder); LOVES to play fetch. Is extremely smart and athletic, loves to learn and work. Enjoys car ride and walks. Has hip dysplasia. Requires glucosamine supplements for remainder of life.

Bit member of foster family; now lives at QBSDR Ranch Insecure dog that needs to build confidence and learn boundaries.  Needs desensitizing to body being touched. Needs further socialization. Good with small number of dogs, but becomes easily overwhelmed with large numbers.  Knows basic commands. If allowed to eventually be adopted, must go to a very experienced owner.  Currently under observation to determine further training needs.
