Hello Stumpy Supporters!

On October 13th, while our fearless leader Susan is up NorCal manning our booth at Corgi Con, the rest of the Southern California Stumpy Squad (and some of the NorCal crew) will be participating in the the 2018 Race for the Rescues at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena for the first time. 

Race for the Rescues is an opportunity to run/walk and fundraise for QBSDR since we get to keep a very generous portion of what is raised by our team. It is family friendly including your dog! There are multiple races to choose from: 1K walk with your dog, kids race, 5K, and 10K. There is even a “Couch Potato” virtual runner option for folks that are too far away to participate in person, but would still love to help fundraise for our doggos.

Don’t have time to fundraise? No problem! If you have a few bones to spare, you can still donate towards our team goal too! And don’t forget that sometimes employers offer matching donations to charitable organizations.

We have a large scale project ahead of us as we covert the barn into a proper kennel as well as vet bills that need to be paid off. With the sudden loss of our dear Linusaurus Rex last week, this is the perfect time to rally in his honor and help his brothers and sisters!
